Shree Maatha Aarogya Dhaamam (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website, enquiry forms, appointment or booking flows, the SMAD Ayurveda mobile app, our online shop, and related services.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, schedule appointments, deliver services, send confirmations or reminders where you have agreed, improve our website, and comply with legal obligations.

8. Account deletion

The SMAD Ayurveda mobile app and our online shop let you create an account with Shree Maatha Aarogya Dhaamam. You can ask us to delete that account and the personal information stored with it. You do not need to be signed in to make this request.

To request deletion, email info@smadayurveda.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. Include the full name, mobile number, and email address registered on the account. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

We delete your login, profile (name, phone, and email), saved addresses, and other personal details held only for that account.

We may keep medical records, consultation notes, prescriptions, invoices, and order records for as long as Indian law requires, and then delete or anonymise them. We may also keep a short note that the deletion request was completed.
